Ballots that are postmarked by Election Day and delivered within 3 days of Election Day will also be counted.

Colorado

All registered Colorado voters receive mail ballots. To receive an absentee ballot, you simply need to turn in your voter registration application eight days before Election Day.

Connecticut

No specific deadline. Absentee ballots will be issued starting thirty-one days before Election Day. We recommend applying at least one month before Election Day.

Delaware

District of Columbia
