- In Person: Utah automatically sends ballots to all registered voters, but for individuals who need a ballot mailed to a location other than their registration address, an application must be received 11 days before Election Day.

Absentee ballots will automatically be sent to all registered voters. If you need your ballot sent somewhere other than your usual address, provide the completed alternate address request form to the election officer no later than 11 days before the day of the election.

- Once you receive the ballot, carefully read and follow the instructions.
- Sign and date where indicated.
- Mail your voted ballot back to the address indicated on the return envelope, or drop it off at a ballot drop box or polling place.
- Double-check the deadlines and be sure to cast your voted ballot on time to be sure it is counted.
