Vote.org Records Second-Highest January Voter Registration in Organizational History

Vote.org, the nation’s largest nonpartisan, nonprofit voter registration and engagement platform, today announced record-breaking January performance, helping 49,477 voters register to vote – the highest total since January 2020, the second-highest in organizational history, and nearly five times the number from January 2022, the last comparable midterm year.

More than 88% of individuals who used the platform to register to vote are under the age of 35, underscoring the platform’s continued strength with younger voters and reflecting a growing wave of youth civic engagement heading into a pivotal election year.

In addition to new registrations, Vote.org’s registration verification tool was used 144,000 times in January – nearly four times the 38,200 in January 2022.
